Ø My role in leading the department has contributed significantly to the funding of over $300,000 in bonus payout to the company management team in 2007.Prior to 2007 the company never qualified for bonus payout.

Ø Organized a lead distribution network for new market revenues and integrated into CRM system to optimize lead marketing, distribution, tracking and closing.Sales from these tools have yielded over $2,750,000 in new business since May 2007.

ØEngineered penetration into new markets totaling over $500,000 worth of business in 2007.New market revenue had never exceeded 5% of total revenue in any previous year.

ØDeveloped our CRM system using Salesforce.com that played a crucial role in our team growing 16% in revenue during fiscal 2007.The application allowed us to cut down our sales cycle by an average of 2 weeks and generated an additional $600,000 in revenue by improving efficiencies in both internal communication and client relationship management.

Ø Mentored an Account Executive in growing his book of business 42% to $2,300,000 in 2006.Since 2006 he has consistently maintained over $3,000,000 in annual revenue.

ØContracted 28 new clients in 2005 totaling $1,350,000 in new business.

ØLanded and grew the largest most profitable account that the company has - $1,500,000/annually

ØAcross the board, the contracts that I have negotiated yielded 12.7% more revenue than the company standard for profitability.

ØI have been recognized multiple times with California Marketing’s monthly company-wide award for excelling beyond standards. This is not a sales award. My responsibilities included new business development, account management and development of new products. This role required the ability to be a self-starter with the ability to work without constant supervision.

ØI went door to door from the Border of Mexico to the Northern point of San Diego County contracting the companies initial revenues.By doing this I developed 85 new accounts within the first year representing $450,000/annually.

ØI played a major role in the start up of the company. As a teenager I assisted in raising over $250,000 from outside investors to start the company.

ØI invented our best selling calling card the “Tele-Baja” which catered to the Hispanic Market.The card sold 57% more than any of the other cards on our product line.
