- Lead the Excutive Recruitment Search for InoMedia
- Recruited for Verticals : BFSI, High Tech, Telecom, ITO, BPO, Life Sciences, Semi Conductors, Automotive.
- Recruited for Desginations: Pre-Sales Engineer, Project/Program Managers, Engagement Managers, Account Managers, Sales Directors, AVP, VP, Client Partner
- Recruited for Clients: Genpact, TCS, Infosys, HCL, Tech Mahindra, Aricent and Wipro.
- Recruited Candidates primarily via LinkedIn ( Non Traditional Search Methods)
- Sourced Candidates via Job Boards - Monster & Ladders
- Led everyday status call with the Client.
- Interacted with the Client as in when recived a new requirement.
- Sent Daily Submission report to the Client.
- Daily target of 2 Submissions per day.
- The Account for Ino-Media started on Success Base agreement, but post my appointment, made the Account a Billable Seat and also acquired for 4 more seats and 2 Seats for a Temp hiring project for Cisco.
