Ino-Media - Executive Staffing Firm :-

  • Lead the Excutive Recruitment Search for InoMedia
  • Recruited for Verticals : BFSI, High Tech, Telecom, ITO, BPO, Life Sciences, Semi Conductors, Automotive.
  • Recruited for Desginations: Pre-Sales Engineer, Project/Program Managers, Engagement Managers, Account Managers, Sales Directors, AVP, VP, Client Partner
  • Recruited for Clients: Genpact, TCS, Infosys, HCL, Tech Mahindra, Aricent and Wipro.
  • Recruited Candidates primarily via LinkedIn ( Non Traditional Search Methods)
  • Sourced Candidates via Job Boards - Monster & Ladders
  • Led everyday status call with the Client.
  • Interacted with the Client as in when recived a new requirement.

  • The Account for Ino-Media started on Success Base agreement, but post my appointment, made the Account a Billable Seat and also acquired for 4 more seats and 2 Seats for a Temp hiring project for Cisco.

  • CSAT and HR Target 80%. Helping the team achieve those targets by enhancing their technical abilities and keeping the team posted on process updates and ensure that that the process is followed.  Helping Team achieve, sales target. Sales Target of $50 per call.
  • Helping the bottom Quartile agents cope up by giving them feedback based on different Analysis.
