Position Held HR Administrator-Human Resource Department Company Name Department of Arts and Culture-Robben Island Museum Date Employed Job Purpose Perform a broad range of administrative tasks by applying solid knowledge of HR principles, administrative processes and procedures, and report to the: Senior HR Manager. Duties(Key result areas/output) Maintain the safe and confidential keeping of all records in the HR department and oversee the operation of a sound up-to-date and reliable HR filing system. Facilitate the requisitioning, processing and purchasing of departmental orders: perishables, stationery etc. Administer and management of the HR departmental budget and ensure that the budget is spend accordingly by submitting monthly variance reports. Assisting with the recruitment and selection administration: online reference checks, interview packs, screening telephone reference checks, schedule interviews. Implement departmental policies, circulars, agreements and legislation regarding Human Resources. Co-ordinate and arrange meetings, workshops and conferences. Monitor and update assets and office equipment. Providing administrative support to the labour relations unit. Provide administrative support to the training and development unit. Dairies: Snr HR Manager meetings and departmental activities electronic, notice board, schedule management weekend schedule per year, process travel arrangements. Co-ordinate the implementation of RIM staff access cards.
