Technology Applications – Maintained a reputation as a treasury product and technology champion throughout career. Upgraded lock-box operations through an electronic solution, reducing manpower by over 70% and fees by 50% and saving over $100K annually. As an agent for change, persuaded 100% employee participation of electronic payroll, reducing 95% of reconciliation costs while improving cash and fraud controls. Additionally implemented staff purchasing cards and initiated EFT for tax payments for 51 locations automating 98% of processing and reduced overall Accounts Payable processing by 25%.
