I started at Alahli Bank as a Customer Service Representive and was quickly promoted and trusted to take on the role of Customer Service Supervisor.

Basically, I counsel clients and customers in their selection of financial products in order to meet their financial planning and banking needs.  Guaranteeing the customer's satisfaction and stability with our bank whether I was creating and processing the client's account or assisting them in fill up a basic application. 

I have consistently met and exceeded my monthly quotas and standards of  customer care that depend on several factors of evaluations.
