  • Attached to Makkah Al Mukarramah Municipality waste management project, providing operations management consultation to the main contractor. Main tasks includes formulation of the Master Plan and Improvement Plan, planning and monitoring of waste collection processes, methodology and total cleansing solution, deployment of mechanized vehicles and special planning for Ramadhan and Hajj season (2011).
  • Technical team for Abu Dhabi Lot 3 and 4 tender proposals for Waste Management solution in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi (2011).
