Proven Job Role · Establish new borrowing relationships for Business Banking. Preparation of CA package including Credit Structure, Industry Analysis and Financial Risk. Preparation of credit proposal for renewal/enhancement/reduction of credit limits. Assessment of the existing and prospective customers for Credit Risk Review. Assessing application of relevant Prudential Regulations and internal Risk Policies and Controls. Preparation of Security Documents in liaison with Credit Administration Department and Bank's Approved Legal Counsel for successful completion/disbursement of transaction. Monitoring of credit portfolio-markup recovery, timely submission of documents like stock reports, insurance policy and other relevant documents to keep the portfolio up to the mark in line with bank's credit policy. Identifying cross selling opportunities and acting accordingly Completion of Pre-sanction and post-sanction of documentation formalities. All documentation and security completion at all times. Maintaining the overall credit quality of the portfolio, detection of early warning signals, monitoring overdue and events of default. Maintain up to date and accurate records of all actual and attempted customer interactions. Issuance of Letter of Guarantees & their reconciliation. Preparation of SBP Periodic Returns. Recovery of Loan Instalments and Mark-up. Handling Trade Business includes LC opening for import, Advance payment imports as per requirement of the customer. Offering value-added advice and guidance to customers and placing their needs at the forefront, setting standards Grow sustainable revenues from existing customer portfolio and through targeted acquisition of quality new customers Structure credit facilities to ensure optimum balance between customer and HSBC interests within the bounds of prudent banking Proactively develop effective strategies to manage relationships, both existing and new, by anticipating customer needs and providing superior quality services resulting in increased wallet share.
