- Assists resigning employees with their clearance forms and does the exit interview
- Enrolls new hires to the biometrics machine (part of the on-boarding checklist)
- Extracts the logs from the biometrics machine and double checking with the team managers & employees
- Collects OT forms, time monitoring sheets, leave forms & coordinate with payroll team
- Reports salaries & attendance issues with relative agencies
- Sources of relative suppliers (food, decoration, animation..) according to the suggested budget
- Event planning & communication to people involved accordingly
- Event coordination
- Has formal & informal discussions with all of the WH employees (from management to WH assistants) on a regular basis
- Handles simple and straightforward queries from WH employees with regards to employment or benefits
- Supports HRBP for Ops in managing complex employee matter
