-Assisting 7 members of Project Implementation Unit (PIU) UM.
-Documenting important activities, create reports on them (in English), and upload them to website UM PIU-IDB after approval by Executive Director or the Executive Secretary.
-Drafting meeting invitations according to consultation with Executive Director or Executive Secretary.
-Attend all the meetings held by the PIU or other units at UM and make MoM (minutes of meetings) based on them.

PREPARATION OF QUARTERLY PROJECT REPORT (QPR)
-Regularly create draft of financial and activities report (in English) of the UM IDB PIU in accordance with the QPR format from PMU, while consulting each member of the UM IDB PIU concerned.
-Consulting final report draft with Executive Director, Executive Secretary, and Monev (Monitoring and Evaluation) PIC.
-Looking for new prospective automobile buyers through exhibitions, canvassing, flyering, online marketing, and other methods
-Collecting customers' data for leasing applications for credit transactions
-Taking care of administrative documents for vehicle deliveries
-Applying Pre-Delivery Inspections before vehicle delivery
-Maintaining good relationship with customers for a better service in the future
-Sold 15 automobiles (passenger cars and pickup trucks) in 8 months
-Maintaining communications with customers and suppliers from countries around the globe, such as New Zealand, Italy, and Germany.
-Coordinating with other departments and QC officer to ensure smooth process for development and productions of shoes.
-Coordinating with Forwarders for Import and Export processes.
-Preparing documents required for payment, shipments, and customs of finished goods.
-Contribution: Maximizing Microsoft Excel usage through processes such as pivot table, solver, and VLOOKUP formula for a better preparation of documents.
