  • Participation in annual Budgeting and Forecasting exercise of Business Groups and Head Office and consolidating at Bank level

 

  • Assist and liaison with business segment financial controllers and key financial personnel for Budgeting and Performance reporting

 

  • Preparation and circulation of Monthly Performance Report (MPR) including Balanced Sheet and Profit and Loss of Business and Support Groups and its reconciliation with quarter and annual Financial Statements

 

  • Commentary and analysis on Monthly Performance Reports; providing reasons for volume, markup and expense variances for month on month, year on year and variance against budget and comparison against industry including graphical presentation

 

  • Preparing and circulating Structured Credit center wise profitability for Corporate, Commercial and Retail Business Group

 

  • Preparing monthly Deposit Summary Business Group wise and deposit ratios

 

  • Dashboard reporting and various ad-hoc reports/information for senior management

 

  • Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) and calculation of pool rates

 

  • Co-ordinate with Auditors providing relevant explanations and contribution is satisfying Auditors requirement met in timely and accurate manner

 

  • Head office cost allocation to charge the business segments with the cost incurred by support groups for providing relevant support to each business segment
