Lead web developer at the Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal Employee Program Operations Center in Washington DC. Working across IT, executive and management teams to enhance communications and increase operational efficiencies with enterprise-wide wiki deployment and adoption, business solutions, and Intranet development.

Delivered trainings and presentations to small groups as well as at national conferences. Successfully conceived, developed and deployed a major online documentation pilot using open source technologies to BCBS FEP Plan employees across the country.  Was awarded 2009 FEP Excellence Award for Operational Efficiency.
