As a Eligibility Counselor, I have been accustomed to working in an environment in which attention to detail, accuracy, confidentially, and customer service is key. I work with the general public, which I help assist low income families who are in need for financial assistance.

As the Program Assistant, I have been accustomed to working in an environment in which attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service is required. I work closely with the Program Director, Adult Education Coordinator, and the Special Services Coordinator with all administrative/human resource needs, including special reports, trainings, conferences, special events, and providing world class customer service to our external/internal clients. I key payroll for the department, liaison between staff with HR questions/concerns, handle leave request, backup main receptionist, as well as handle all purchasing and requisitions for the department.
