As Business Development Director of a 90 year old Recruitment Agency..Built and lead the RPO division of a seasoned recruitment advertising agency. My responsibilities include developing new client relationships, overseeing account managers and senior technical recruiters.I personally developed revenue of $325k in 2009, $883k in 2010, $1.08million in 2011. Clients were from diverse Fortune 1000 firms in manufacturing, oil & gas, financial services, pharmaceuticals and healthcare.
As an SCM and Strategic Sourcing Recruiter..I was able to not only successfully recruit Supply Chain executives, but develop multiple new fortune 500 contracts and build the company’s book of business.The vast network of SCM and procurement executives I’ve built has been instrumental in my current role of new account development.
As Sales Director and Managing Partner of Next Step Financial.. I quickly grew a 2 partner mortgage brokerage to 75 employees and 3 locations.During this period of incredible growth I was able to purchase our 8800 sq ft. office building for $1.2M in 2004 and grow the firm organically housing 3 new divisions, Next Step Insurance, Next Step Title and Next Step Financial Services.
