    • This resulted in the creation of Career Cluster charts/maps which were aligned with Programs offered at Arkansas State University
  • Analyze community needs and trends in identifying opportunities for community service and program growth. Proven myself very capable of maintaining positive public relations with diverse groups.
  • Administer KeyTrain, WorkKeys and TABE Assessments
  • Maintain a professional working relationship with our Local Department of Workforce Services on a weekly basis - via e-mail and telephone

  • Initiated a semester long after school service project. We offered a computer fundamentals class for the first 20 to register for the class.  The students posted brochures all over the community and school. Participants had to be over 55 years old to qualify for the class.  It was a wonderful success.  The student tutors learned a lot from the in-class students and vice versa. What a way for the students to learn at a young age to give back to their community.It definitely was a win-win situation.
