  • Promote the district's mission, vision, values and goals
  • Promote effection instructional  and assessment practices throughout the district
  • Implement curriculum mapping and data usage systems throughout the district
  • Guide the district's one-to-one computing initiative
  • Analyze district-wide student achievement data for the purposes of evaluating programs
  • Administer the district's Title I Grant
  • Supervise and evaluate academic, student services, and media center department chairpersons
  • Supervise district disciplinary literacy and instructional technology coaching program
  • Supervise and guide the district's online learning program
  • Coordinate numerous district improvement teams, including School Improvement Team and Curriculum Advisory Council
  • Model the use of educational technology
