  • Created and implemented knowledge sharing transition plan for GBS Oracle Practice (9,000+ staff) enabling business to manage delivery asset priorities utilizing Web2.0 tools
  • Planned, built and deployed 200+ page Wiki. Designed standard page layouts, templates and trained 50+ senior leaders; consolidated 10 Wikis into one, global information source
  • Defined Wiki maintenance procedures and weekly monitored content contributions
  • Delivered customized Web2.0 training to over 3,000 staff via Webinars, conference calls and leadership meetings
