In this position I manage the operations of the Environmental Services department at Palo Pinto General Hospital in Mineral Wells, Texas, a 59 bed acute care hospital located approximately 50 miles west of Fort Worth, Texas.

My duties include the scheduling and directing of 15 employees in day to day operations providing quality customer service and a clean and esthetically pleasing environment for our Patient's and their Families. My duties also include resource and payroll budgetary concerns for the department totaling approximately $500,000.

I am well versed in customer service as well as service recovery. I also excel in inter-department relations allowing both my department and the departments we serve to function at a high level for the benefits of our Patients and their Families.

I am a member of the PPGH Disaster team as well as the Infection Control and Safety committees.
