Kaitlin graduated from Baylor University in December 2010 with a BA in Journalism concentrating in Public Relations.
As Director of Marketing for Lantz-Boggio Architects in Denver, Colorado Kaitlin coordinated outgoing proposals, including the winning bid for the Aspen Senior Care Center, which will bring over $6 million in revenue to the company. While there Kaitlin also coordinated correspondence from the CEO, optimized multiple internal procedures and was responsible for editing and finalizing images with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign for award submissions and publication. Kaitlin moved to Denver, Colorado, in July 2011 to work at CSG|PR. As a member of Communication Strategy Group’s Financial Services practice, Kaitlin provided client support, media pitching, communication strategies, account management and daily tracking and reporting services for a variety of clients. Kaitlin interned with Heart of Texas Tech Prep in Waco, Texas, and then Avalon Communications in Austin. Both internships allowed Kaitlin to deliver fresh ideas to consistently and proactively communicate the client’s message and increase visibility in each market. After a year studying the various areas of journalism at Baylor University, Kaitlin opted to major in public relations, drawn to the industry’s unique ability to connect with audiences and influence public opinion. Kaitlin excels in the field thanks to her versatility as a writer, and her passion for design and innovative media. In addition to studying journalism, Kaitlin minored in history and was given the opportunity to finish her minor through studying abroad. Taking classes at the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands was the experience of a lifetime. Traveling abroad gave Kaitlin the confidence to step outside of what was familiar and to boldly try new things.
