- Responsible for acquiring customers. Duties included lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and sales implementation.
- Manage Cross Functional teams (Legal, Finance, Product Management, Service Delivery, Senior Leadership, etc.) to provide superior customer experience.
- Won award for most "New Logo" sales in the East Region 2007 and 2008.
- Team Lead for new Customer Life Cycle tool.
- Team Lead for Region wide twice weekly blitzing and round table training discussions.
