Within Psychology I have studied Behavioral, Social, Community, and Industrial/ Organizational Psychology to apply these disciplines to everyday life.

Obama Campaign Office

Worked in the Tampa Bay area and surrounding cities to promote Senator Obama. Also visited cities in Florida to gain insight in areas where his image was week. Took and analyzed poll numbers to see what needed to changed and be improve as far as campaigning in Florida and ultimately helped changed a once red state into a blue state.

Worked full – time as a field administrative assistant for a non-profit mental health agency. Answered multi-line phones, helped set up new offices, filed paperwork, performed client intakes and assessments, ordered inventory, worked with counselors, and performed any other tasks asked of while working to meet more than one deadline.

Worked full – time in a variety of customer service positions for the restaurant. Set customer service standards, trained other servers, handled customer complaints with professionalism, and set a positive and fast paced atmosphere for the workplace.

WHAS 11 News created this position specifically for me after reviewing my college history and my Hurricane Katrina experiences. I worked in the newsroom first to understand how one functions, from there I shadowed reports and eventually made, edited, and produced my own newscasts.
