Conceived and established organization from a startup service company into a superior developer of electronic product and services and the largest repair center in the industry with a reputation for quality, honesty, and superior service and support. Directed all aspects of the organization including finance, manufacturing, distribution, vendor management, business development, marketing, sales, and human resources while closely managing the efforts of up to 40 professionals providing customer support, order entry, sales, and manufacturing. Developed and maintained servicing procedures according to GMP and ISO 9000 guidelines.

●Honored as first recipient of New York State funding for ISO 9000 certification.

●Received Crain’s New York Small Business award in 2001.

●Successfully negotiated the sale and transfer of the organization to ScottCare, a division of Berkshire Hathaway in 2007. Transitioned day to day operations includingsales, marketing, customer support, finance, and product management to new management with minimal impact on productivity of the organization.

●Dramatically increased market share and company revenues by expanding the company’s service capabilities to meet the needs of Rozinn products as well as those of leading competitors including GE (Marquette), Phillips (Zymed) and Cardiac Science (Burdick / Quinton).

●Expanded company offerings from products to services by developing and financing numerous cardiology products including Holter, Event, Pacemaker interrogation, and Ambulatory Blood Pressure. Successfully competed against industry leaders including Phillips and GE.

●Ensured consistent quality in all products and services by driving the development of all ISO 9001 Quality Systems while personally securing necessary state grants and SBA Loans.

●Set the foundation for exceptional customer service by personally training more than 100 service technicians and providing ongoing mentoring through the implementation and promotion of an open door policy for all employees.
