Operates all electronic television equipment used to transmit, create, edit and produce live or pre-recorded television programs, videos and multi-media presentations. Supports Home Office Auditorium and/or off-site corporate meetings through creatively deciding on timing, flow and sequence of presentations in a live setting.
Ensures client requests for video production and/or satellite broadcasts are met by meeting with pre-determined or assigned clients to discuss their needs and wants for the finished product, assessing finished product formats and means of delivery, establishing workable deadlines among client groups, evaluating client expectations and determining the means and technical expertise needed in order to complete and creating dynamic and effective videos and/or broadcasts that entertain, enlighten and educate.
Adjusts work schedule to accommodate last-minute requests for late, early, weekend or multi-day travel assignments by organizing and prioritizing assigned projects through the proper scheduling of both equipment and personnel resources in order to accomplish the task and meet the required deadline, as well as reacting with a sense of urgency to all requests and making an immediate decision as to the ability to accomplish.
Coordinates off-site production requests and delivers on Shows and Events objectives by regularly attending multi-day Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. events/meetings in a versatile capacity, video recording speakers, editing videos, building PowerPoint presentations, providing duplication services, participating in executive rehearsals and presentations, marrying the needs of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. with the needs of the contracted outside service providers hired to deliver other video needs, and performing any other duties as assigned.
