In addition to a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Justin D. Hayes holds a Masters of Science from the Higher Education Student Affairs program from Indiana University. His passion focuses on leadership and diversity development of minority populations through curriculum design and implementation, organizational assessment, vision planning, and philanthropic giving.
For the past five years, Justin has been devoted to organizational management and entrepreneurship. He has worked primarily with nonprofits such as 100 Black Men, Indiana University, and Simon Youth Foundation to develop effective strategies for client interdependency and empowerment. Justin has facilitated over 150 workshops and 10,000 students on the enhancement of critical competencies, as an Instructor of Career Perspective s at Indiana University Kelley School of Business, and Co-Advisor of 500 student organizations at Indiana University.
Justin is known for the founding and leadership of organizations such as Brothers Keeper and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He recently works as an International Sales Consultant, networking around the globe to help international CEO’s promote their companies and development economies with FDI. With over 725 hours of community service and a lifetime commitment to God, Justin D. Hayes has an unequivocal desire to enhance organizational development and work with dynamic people.
