Assistant to the Premium Seating Ticket Sales Executives as well as the Premium Seating Services Manager. The goal was to create new customers and retain the current ones by exceeding their expectations and providing championship-level guest care. Assisted in the development and execution of game day ticket operations including collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting premium seating data.
Assisted with suite and club preparation for Bengals home games. Helped prepare and host special events for club seat and suite holders.
Acted as a liaison between club seat holders, catering, security, and Bengals management as well as recorded and evaluated club seat holder's game day experiences, in order to formulate the best possible gameday experience.
