Drove the creation of a Worldwide Partner Segmentation Initiative to improve the customer experience through differentiation of support services. Using requirements prioritization, proposal presentations, and managing group dynamics, a Master Data Management project plan and BRD was authored for streamlining partner POS for rebates.

Drove a geographically diverse team to iteratively deliver HW & SW core technology, which enabled new HW revenue generation, estimated at several billion dollars in revenue over a 12-36 month period.

Led, managed and drove team to deliver a Solaris 2.8 release in approximately 50% reduction in time-to-market and costs, which enabled new Hardware revenue generation forecast-ed to generate $1B over the following 12-18 months.

Also reduced Project Costs through reduction of Capital expenditures, by utilizing optimization strategies for the use of equipment, lab and office space usage.

Initiated and developed (Change Management) processes and procedures to support a light-weight Release program, resulting in a predictable, flexible and accountable standard mainstream Solaris release model.
