115 Broiler

Worked my way through the ranks within weeks at the first fine dining steak establishment in Southern Oregon. Assisted with wine buying and education, and crafted signature cocktails to pair with traditional New York-style steak house cuisine.


Red Star Tavern and Roasthouse (Kimpton Hotels)

Casual fine dining located the historical Hotel Monaco. I worked in nearly every front of the capacity during my tenure here. My duties included supervising staff of up to 10 at a time, programming ALOHA POS system, and opening the restaurant.


Kenny and Zukes Deli

Extremely high volume artisinal deli rated in the top 10 delis in America by Food and Wine Magazine.

Front Server/Aboyeur(Expo)


Mobil 4 Diamond rated luxury fine dining restaurant. Participated in extensive training seminars and learned intricacies of classic French style service.

Wine Steward/Server/Bartender

Departure (The Nines Starwood Luxury Collection Hotel)

Posh Modern Asian ultra lounge/restaurant on the roof of the Nines hotel in Downtown Portland. Worked in many capacities and implemented procedures to make this establishment much more efficient with the extremely high volume it does.
