oDeployed 11 environments for test, development, UAT, etc. for code promotion of the NextGen application
oDeployed physical NextGen production servers using MS clustering for high-availability.
oWorked with NextGen support team to understand and deploy many other servers for hosting ancillary services running in ESX environment for flexibility and high-availability.
ØAchieved significant cost and time savings by using Microsoft Lync to deliver the annual Hanger Townhall sessions to 900+ participants nationwide; previously, members of the Senior Leadership Team flew to 20+ cities over a few weeks to hold each session.
ØUpgraded Exchange 2003 platform to 2010 to continue to provide improved messaging features such as richer OWA and tighter Lync integration, and provide greater availability with DAG protection
ØUpgraded AD infrastructure and forest functionality to 2008, and redesigned site replication, DNS lookups, and other infrastructure services for optimal functionality.
