CitiGroup, Contract Executive Recruiter (08/07-Present)

CitiGroup is a pre-eminent financial services company, with some 200 million customer accounts in more than 100 countries.

Contract Executive Recruiter responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies to hire executives for the Global Consumer Group.The Global Consumer Group consists of the following businesses:CitiCards, Citi Bank, CitiFinancial, Consumer Lending, International Consumer Finance (CitiFinancial Canada), and International Banking (Banamex)


·Responsible for the hiring of 7 executive level candidates to date, and have saved the company in excess of $150,000 in executive search firm placement fees.

·Led the top tier MBA recruitment program (Management Associate Program) for Citi in St.Louis to successfully hire 6 associates after given the assignment in October.

·Designed internal service level agreements (SLA’s) to design and communicate the working relationship between the Recruiter and the hiring manager that is projected to save the Global Consumer Group $1.2 million yearly.

Towers Perrin, Contract Talent Acquisition Consultant (10/05 - 07/07)

Towers Perrin is a global professional services firm that helps organizations around the world optimize performance through effective people, risk and financial management.  The firm provides innovative solutions to client issues in the areas of human resource strategy, design and management; actuarial and management consulting to the financial services industry; and reinsurance intermediary services.

As a Contract Talent Acquisition Consultant I partnered with a variety of business leaders to determine hiring plans, define job requirements, develop candidate generation strategies, screen candidates, and manage business partners through the full life-cycle recruiting process.


·One of two Recruiters responsible for conducting a SWOT analysis on search engine optimization alternatives for Towers Perrin’s website.The analysis was presented to senior management for review and approval.

·Responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating campus recruiting initiatives for the Central and West Regions of the US.Hired 50 Retirement Actuarial students with a 95% success rate of accepted offers.

·Successfully managed international executive searches (VP’s and Director level candidates) as well as focusing on Consultant recruiting for the following countries:North America, England, Spain, and China.

BrassRing, Contract Recruiter/Researcher (05/04-09/05)

BrassRing was a leading provider of talent acquisition and retention solutions and a leader in on-demand talent acquisition software.

Contract Recruiter/Researcher responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies for BrassRing’s largest accounts that included Brown Forman, ServiceMaster and Sepracor.


·Consulted with senior leadership at Brown Forman to design and implement a tracking system for recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPI’s).These indicators (cost per hire, offer acceptance rate, time to fill among others) was used to show an improvement in both average cost per hire ($2,990/hire cost savings) and average time to fill (decreased time to fill by 74 days)

·Successfully managed the hiring 400 Sales Reps and Managers for Sepracor within a 6 month time frame.Qualified candidates were interviewed, hired and engaged for 90 days through a nationwide communication strategy while the FDA delayed the launching of Lunesta.As a result of the communication strategy Sepracor was able to retain 90% of applicants hired.
