Livevox is a cloud based call center service provider, capable of scaling to several million calls per day. As a member of the VoIP team, my goal is to provide a reliable, scalable and integrated platform foundation for Livevox voice services: * Main developer of a new high availability system for agents, that minimized a critical single point of failure and burst a scalability bottleneck from 700 to up to 16,000 simultaneous agents calls. * Lead developer of a new centralized dynamic routing component to increase scalability, and ease change management and maintenance procedures across all gateways. * Developer of several new SIP application features and internal APIs, weaving together open source software tools like Ucarp/Monit, Opensips, Asterisk, Tomcat, Mobicents, Memcached and in-house applications. * Early adopter and supporter on the definition and adoption of a new Agile and continuous integration and automated testing development process based on Atalasian's suite tools like Jira, Confluence, Bamboo and Greenhopper.
