- Monitored commercial risks and issues, advising on their impact, recommending mitigating actions to resolve them and proposed solutions with regard to dispute resolution
- Established and maintained contractual compliance processes and procedures, identifying non-compliance issues and supported their resolution
- Led all communication with law, finance and business team disciplines for resolution of contract issues and disputes
- Ensured that the key people are fully aware of their contractual obligations and the commercial impact of their actions.
