 Focal point for commercial procedures related to Aircraft conversion projects (multimission tanker transport (MMTT) aircraft, Intelligence and Early Warning Platforms) for foreign Air forces

  • Analyzed complex solicitations and prepared specialized and/or non-routine response for RFIs, RFPs, bids, and contract modifications
  • Monitored commercial risks and issues, advising on their impact, recommending mitigating actions to resolve them and proposed solutions with regard to dispute resolution

Managed the launch of Atmel's Wired & Wireless VoIP processors, .11a/g WLAN and ADSL2/2+ Integrated Access Device chipset, that included IP acquisition, product definitions and tactical plans for capturing market share in Europe (with overlapping responsibilities in Asia).

  • Drove the Product definition process and created the Market Requirement Documents (MRD) for the product lines including feature set definition, concurrency requirements and cost targets
  • Developed the platform requirements for reference designs providing the starting point for OEM
  • Identified, selected, negotiated and managed relationships with 3rd party IP and reference design partners
  • Formulated the market introduction plan including comprehensive technical market research and analysis of competitive solutions, platforms' BOM, pricing and key OEM design wins goals
  • Created marketing collateral such as product and customer specific presentations, product briefs and white papers
  • Prepared and conducted product line presentations during ATMEL's annual sales conferences
