Mostafa Mouawad is a motivated and keen Engineer and researcher with interest in the telecommunication field. He did his masters in wireless systems in UK, after he Graduated from electrical and communication department from British university in Egypt, he is currently pursuing PhD   studies in his fields of interest. He worked as a junior Engineer in Vodafone Egypt in coverage Complaints team, as he improved his technical experience in the field of telecommunications and networks. And currently he is looking for an internship where he can improve his technical and communication skills.

  • Monitoring Network Performance,Troubleshoot and solve mobile network problems that related to coverage and determine the type of the problem (e.g. indoor or outdoor).
  • Providing solution for the problem (e.g. if micro sites or repeaters is needed).
  • Providing New Product/Problem Solving/Complaint Handling, and Responsible for solving all Radio Network Problems related to Vodafone Corporate Accounts.
  • Dealing with Ericsson OSS and Huawei applications specified in illustrating Vodafone NEtwork KPI.
  • Dealing with Vodafone tools (Remedy, CCSM touch point) to know information related to user location and serving sites for him.
  • Conducting Field Surveys for checking Coverage Status and install repeater if needed.
