Visionary and high energy leader with over 20 years of experience in building business across diverse parts of the comms industry in both national and international operations. I have successfully throughout my career started up departments, launched new business areas and re-build a business. Successfully driving change and truly making a difference. This is what drives me, and this is where I am best. 

I am the proud father of three boys. Storm age 3, Hector 5 and Mika the oldest at 11. I have them together with my girlfriend Gitte, and we all live together in central Copenhagen.

I am very competitive of nature and a sport fanatic. I have enjoyed playing basketball on elite level for 4 years and after years of to many injuries I took upon golf and have played elite level (hcp 1.5) for 6 years before my business career and children got the better of my time.

CEO McCann Worldgroup Denmark

Headhunted in 2009 to re-build and bring McCann Worldgroup back to the creative elite once again.

Re-organised the company and let 90% of employees go bringing the number down from 35 people to two. 1 1/2 year later we were 40 people and drove an 12% margin business.

Took the McCann Copenhagen brand from rank 52 in 2010 to the second most awarded Danish agency in 2014.

McCann Copenhagen has since 2009 won clients such as Tuborg Global, Carlsberg Innovation Global, Statoil Europe, SAS Denmark, IKEA Global, Novo Nordisk Global and Nordea (DK, SE, NO & FI).

Successfully launched Scandinavian Design Group Copenhagen in 2013, to drive more strategic achoring with clients and further grow our strategic design capabilities.

Launched McCann Health Nordic January 2015, building on the strong relationship with Novo Nordisk. Opening our second Nordic Health office in Malmö february 2016.
