PSE&G Solar Source / Newark, NJ / October 2009 -present

Jacksonville Solar Project

Current project consists of a 15 MW DC (12.6 MW AC) capacity fixed tilt, ground mounted solar facility in Jacksonville, FL. The project will export power to the Jacksonville Electric Authority under a long term Renewable Energy Purchase Power Agreement (REPPA).

Manager of EPC contract and Renewable Energy Purchase Power Agreement on behalf of the Owner. Liaison for Owner’s communications with EPC Contractor. And the Local Utility (Jacksonville Electric Authority. Present at the project site during all construction activities, including interconnect work with Utilities Substation, and Power Station Commissioning. Participated in all Plan of the Day (POD) meetings, and Bi-weekly constructing meeting.

Produced daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for PSE&G corporate office located in Newark, NJ.

Negotiated and approved all Owner Change orders.

Assured that the EPC contractor performed all of the assembly, installation, erection, construction, quality control, start-up, testing and commissioning outlined in the EPC contract scope, and the Renewable Energy Purchase Power Agreement.

Negotiated EPC contracts, subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, general client contracts.Prepared budgets, estimates, bids, proposals, schedules, contracts, and work scopes.Scheduled, conducted, and participated in monthly owner and project meetings.Worked closely with architects and engineers in reviewing drawings and specifications.Provided on-site management quality control to ensure projects met time and budget requirements and were built in accordance with contract documents. 2008 – 2009 - M&M Mars Solar Project – Hackettstown, NJ. - project consists of a 2MW DC capacity fixed tilt, ground mounted solar facility in Hackettstown, NJ. The solar garden produces approximately 20% of M&M Mar’s food manufacturing plants peak power consumption.

2006 – 2008 - Alpha Tube Manufacturing Facility – Walbridge, OH

Design Team Manager & Senior Project Managerof this 350,000 sq. ft Manufacturingfacility, warehouse, and office building on a 32 acre site.Solar Photovoltaic Roof Top Project.

EPC Fast Track Project completed 45 days ahead of schedule, with $1.2M of shared savings.

2005 – 2006 – Riverside Hospital – Columbus, OH.

Design Team Manager & Project Manager of this $64.5M EPC, building integrated Solar Photovoltaic project.

Completed 45 days ahead of schedule, with $873,000 of savings. Won OSHA safety standards award 2005.

2004 – 2005 Marriott Tower – Orlando FL -$51M

Project Manager – This was aFast Track EPC project.

Completed 3 months ahead of schedule, with shared savings of $923,000.

2002 – 2004 JEA Kennedy Generating Station CT8 Project – Jacksonville, FL

Project manager - Fast Track EPC project of a simple cycle dual fuel 188MW combustion turbine generator power plant. Scope of work included start-up, testing, and commissioning of the facility.

2001 -2002 – Miami International Airport – Miami, FL

Lead Project Manager on Terminals F & G.

Project finished 30 days ahead of schedule, and had cost savings of $422,000.

1999 – 2001 – Spartan Chemical Plant – Maumee, OH

Design Team Manager & Project Manager of this manufacturing and distribution facility, including all associated site work. The EPC project consisted of over 220,000 sq. ft. of process/manufacturing area, 164,000 sq. ft of distribution space, and 16,000 sq. ft. of office space.

The project included installation of computerized batching systems, raw material and finished goods tanks, compressed air systems, batch hot water systems, an inventory control system, and all associated mechanical and electrical work.
