I have seven years of experience in the restaurant industry working every hourly position. I am experienced in training, team development, responding to guest comments in a management capacity, and administrative work. I cultivated close, collaborative relationships with hourly employees in all departments, and supported management in the development of employee talent. I am passionate about the guest experience and the development of my staff. I believe that a corporate culture which places an emphasis on the enrichment of it's employees with naturally cultivate success. I strongly believe that intrinsic motivation is equally, if not more, important than extrinsic motivation.
