From a greenfield situation I worked with the Executive Search & Coaching company Triceps Inc. to develop and create a high level Executive Search and Personal Coaching & Branding online & offline concept for experienced professionals.  Concept development, Business Plan creation, finding (private) investors and funding, IT project management, brand development and creating online marketing and sales campaigns were part if the job. An organisation and platform was created that gives all businesses in The Netherlands the opportunity to find, screen and match senior professionals from behind their desks.

After 1,5 year the concept worked, customers both on the talent side and the company sides were coming in and I was able to hand over the business to a new director who will help growing the business to the next fase.

Programme Manager/Manager Midmarket & Partner Sales (Interim)


As an independent consultant I started with the assignment to revamp the organisation,  marketing programmes and sales teams of the main productline of the B2B business from ZIGGO. ZIGGO came out of a merger situation of 3 independent Dutch cable companies with different sizes and very different cultures.

Taken over by a private equity company the new organisation ZIGGO (former @Home, Multikabel & Casema) had to reinvent herself and adjust to new market conditions, though competition and clear & aggresive goal setting.

This required the following adjustments which I helped shaping:

- Market analyses

- Goal setting

- Management reporting

- Market development campaigns

- Reorganising and renewing sales teams

- Setting up direct sales

- Setting up Indirect (parnter) sales

- Sustainable short term & longterm bussines planning

After 6 months I took over the position of Manager Midmarket and partner sales (interim).

Convergys is a US based worldwide outsourcing services company specialized in Consulting, Business Support/Billing Systems, Customer Management & Sales Outsourcing and HR Services Outsourcing. Worldwide Convergys employs around 65.000 people.

Cisco Systems & Convergys have a globals partnership for Cisco's WW Inside Sales Organization.

As Senior Manager Operations Europe my responsibility entailed the operational management of a full service sales outcouring programme for Cisco Systems in Europe, with the following characteristics:

Yearly contract value for the outsourcer Convergys, around $ 20 mio.

Yearly sales turnover for Cisco Systems around $ 260 mio.

Changing, building, improving en creating new concepts & organisations are the constant factor  throughout my career.

After finishing my degree in International Economics I had the opportunity of immediately working abroad for a worldwide corporation in the automotive industry, FIAT Auto in Turin, Italy. After 3 years of great learning I returned to my home country, The Netherlands, and started a career in the booming industry of IT.

Sun Microsystems, Compaq, Hewlett Packard and Cisco/Convergys gave me great opportunities in Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing en Change management. I developed from an Individual Contributor to a Senior Executive responsible for budgets and targets of millions and over 100 employees.

End 2007 I was given the opportunity to capitalise on my experience and work as an independent consultant for a leading cable & telecom company in a merger situation. I worked with the management team to shape a new organisation after the merger of 3 companies. In 2009 I started a new adventure in creating a new online executive search, coaching and personal branding concept in a start up construction.

All the above made me an experienced professional with great insights in the world op international, corporate businesses, but also the field of consulting and small start up SME companies.


My objective is to move on to the next challenge in my career. I had the priviledge of working in an international environment at the beginning of my career and develop through the years management experience at executive level.

I'd like to build on that experience an find a long term assignment in a managerial position, managing large projects and teams, both direct or in an outsourced construction. Preferably in the IT or IT related industry.

My focus would be programme management, organisational development or building from greenfield situation.
