    • Under the supervision of a physician, participate in patient care including obtaining a complete patient medical history, visual acuity testing, intraocular pressure checks, manifest refractions, auto refractions and keratometry, manual and automatic lensometry, color vision, depth perception, assess pupils, motility, confrontational fields and instillations of eye drops and ointments.
    • Performing special testing including: Visual Field Testing (Humphrey's Visual Field), Optical Coherent Tomography scans (Cirrus and Zeiss), topography, pachymetry, tear lab, schirmers I and II, Fundus Photos, external ocular photos, Glare and PAM testing, Cranial Nerve testing, Exophthalmometry, Pentacam, palpebral fissure measurements, color and brightness comparison, amsler grid, and blood pressure checks.
    • Worked with a large staff in a busy practice with seven physicians and four locations.
    • Triage and screen emergent phone calls and walk-in emergencies.
    • Efficiently handling administrative duties (e.g., answering phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, patient processing, billing and bookkeeping) that allowed Ophthalmologists and Optometrists to focus on the health concerns of their patients.
    • Responsible for maintaining timely and courteous patient flow.
