At the age of thirteen I started at the back of the house helping in all the various duties, prepping, stocking, dishwashing, scheduling, learning how to order supplies overall duties of the back of the house. At the appropriate age I started learning at the front of the house various duties, serving, bussing, cashier, hostess. Learned how to open and close the restaurant. I have been working in the restaurant business ever since then.
