PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Finance Accomplishments:

  • Partnered with management to research emerging international issues included: local government data, pricing process, central banking information and other demographic data.
  • Supervised two new staff through delegation, training and annual performance appraisal (360 degree feedback).
  • Processed more than 247 successful new trades in international currencies to raise between $2.0 billion to $5.0 billion in a given fiscal year over seven years.
  • Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
  • Designed and maintained new Access database to monitor US Dollar global issue (US$1.0billion), the largest issue of the year.
  • Interpreted and calculated formulas and payment structures for issues and communicate information to all levels of management.
  • Reviewed financial trade detail documents for accuracy of formulas and contract terms in accordance with the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA).
  • Managed road show for 7-8 (2-200 packages per show) highly visible marketing meetings for the team and the department. All collateral materials including power point presentation, fact sheets and logistics derived from Annual Report and other resources.
  • Coordinated with management on the Treasury Board Report for two years. Entailed collaboration from individuals within various departments, collecting documents and charts for presentation to the Vice President, the President of the Organization and Board of Directors.

  • Authored a procedure manual for financial operational duties of the funding team.
