Misr El Kheir Foundation

Conceptualized and engineered a non-existent function from scratch. My mandate was strategizing and directing local, regional and international outreach strategy. Partnerships were the focal point of interactions between the foundation and all of its external community stakeholders (Peer NGO's, Donors Agencies, Private Sector and the Government). Responsible for outreach, strategic alliances, and fundraising. The Unit was responsible for a donor portfolio in excess of 173 M USD.

In under 5 years pushed MisrElKheir from outside the market to the leading implementation arm of development projects in the MIddle East.  

Co-Chair of the foundation's project approval committee and member of the budget and standard operating procedures committees. 

Spearheaded the foundation's strategic planning initiative and the alignment of all development programmatic endeavors with the nation's 2030 plan.

Championed the shift of MisrElKheir's communication strategy from a purely tactical operation to a balanced corporate/tactical approach.

Foundation spokesperson in all local/regional events, radio shows, panels and documentaries related to partnerships, and the first point of contact for all media inquiries.
