Main Duties :

1. Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities.2. Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.3. My main responsibilities were to satisfy customer's needs by:- Answer customers' enquiries and provide them with the full information & excellent quality- Suggest the proper solutions for customers' complaints and inquiries depending on company's policies and procedures- Register unsolved customer's complaints on customer relation management system to be followed up by retention unit- Escalate the non-solved complaints to the retention unite after five days if the customer re-called the call center- Ensure the proper registration for all customer's inquiries on call center statistic application- Report all detected problems from the customer's feed back or system errors to the direct supervisor- Report the non detected conformities in procedures and policies to the direct supervisor for corrective and preventive action- Add / Delete services according to the customers’ needs within Syriatel policies - perform any duties or assignment requested by management- Contributing in the enhancement of customer's satisfaction- Maintain and continuously improve Syriatel quality management system
