Overall in charge of the restaurant behalf of my RGM, its includes 68 covers of dine in,delivery & takeaway counters. Job includes coaching, training, execution of work by increasing the productivity of employees, controlling COL, COS, COSV and giving the maximum profit to the organization.
To run a great restaurant by having a very well control over People, Equipment & products, by supervising on team.
