- Managing and controlling back end cash operations for over 6000+ATMs and 500+ BNA and CRM.
- Defining and implementing backend process in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed with Clients.
- Conduct regular meetings with Clients (Bank) and Vendors (CRA) for process improvements.
- Regular assessment of defined process internally and with Vendors (CRA).
- Working with other support functions within Operations team to ensure smooth service delivery to the Clients (Banks).
- Cost Analysis and Reductions through Optimization and planning on the forecast level of ATM to ensure that the cash replenishments (fills) are kept to minimum possible numbers subsequently maintaining cash efficiency ratio.
- Oversee MIS and reporting - Internal as well as Customer based on the frequency defined.
- Identify and highlight operational issues related to operations customers, vendors (external as well as internal) and ensuring resolution.
- Analysis of ATM down time pertains to cash.
- Oversee Issues related to Takeover of New ATMs and other day to day operational issues.
- CRA management.
- Handling Vendor queries related to Cash Management.
- Administer dispute cases, overage & shortage cases, Presenter Error cases & CBR mismatches, Cheque queries.
- Develop productive, profitable and achievement oriented working environment for employees.
- Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
- Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services.
- Educate operations team on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards.
- Determine staffing requirements, work assignment and schedules.
- Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staffs.
- Assist Senior Manager in supervising daily operations of function.
- Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation, and promotion/termination activities.
- Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements.
- Generate operational reports for management as needed.
