Central to the review process is to ensure subcontractors carry out effectively the original terms and specifications of the Sub-contracts as negotiated with the end-customer. Upon completion of reviews, I prepare written reports detailing the overall progress of contract fulfillment and brief executive management regarding those reviews and any associated actions taken. Aside from fulfilling the aforementioned duties, I also negotiate end settlements of the Sub-contracts as well as associated pricing on all resources and supplies needed to fulfill the Sub-contracts. Additionally, I also negotiate original contract terms and establish work policies and procedures. Part of this process will include reviewing, analyzing and evaluating proposals from subcontractors. Attending to the maintenance of both contracts and subcontracts, I also oversee the production and dissemination of information to ensure mutual understanding of all contract terms and conditions. Assist the Project Manager in identifying and monitoring the main contract risks, as well as participating in decision-making on the management of project contract risks. Advise the Project Manager and Project Management Team on contract, Finance, Legal and Insurance issues during project execution. Assist the Project Manager in developing the contract administration strategy and assure its implementation throughout the project.
