Responsible and accountable for:
Manpower HR analysis data & cost. Preparing all necessary correspondences, reports related to Recruitment Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis. To conduct exit and grievance interviews with all departments/staffs. To review the staffs rules and regulations(or employee handbook) on a regular basis. Handling the functions of internal & overseas recruitment; search for and collect applications of potential candidates for company employment. Bayt website. Responsible for attendance and review time sheet. Support in conducting interviews of the candidates by fixing appointments. Supervisor in the record of updated organization charts. Represents the company in attending Recruitment Seminars/Exhibitions if assigned by HR Manager. Responsible to provide the Company with a complete employee resourcing service ensuring business requirements.
