Project Manager, Key deliverables Review projects from pre-contract stage to determine time frame, budget limitations and procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project. Confer with program management personnel, vendors, contractors, and Network Design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, network availability, delivery timelines and risk mitigation. Prepare scope of work, Response to RFP's and Offers for vendors and sub-contractors. Develop detailed project plans, customer priorities, service delivery and project closure timelines. Manage deployment of WiMax, GSM, MSAN, Microwave and Fiber networks. Manage service provisioning, redundancy, bandwidth upgrade and SLA's. Maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization. Plans for network downtime, SLA management, technical reports and performance reports, documents for network migration. Monitor and control documentation of installation/test for the system and to make sure that they are compliant with network specifications. Participate in daily accountability meetings by providing daily updates as necessary on the outstanding Engineering & Technical issues.
