  • Perform network design, configuration, installation and troubleshooting of issues relevant to A10 technologies.
  • Assist in day-to-day meetings with customers as required.
  • Provide technical consultations and presentations as needed.
  • Ensure A10 products are designed, configured and deployed to meet customers’ expectations.
  • Work closely with A10 support team to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Drive complex deployments while working side by side with the customers to solve their unique problems across a variety of use cases.
  • Collaborate across the entire A10 organization to bring access to product and technical teams, to get the right solution delivered and drive feature innovation gathered from customer input.
  • Developing detailed technical plans, communicated both verbally and in writing.
  • Working with sales team in pre-sales activities for critical customers in the region.
  • Managing pre-sales and post-sales project including setting up and agreeing on the project plan, meeting with the customer to set right expectations, technical presentations and preparation of relevant documentations (technical proposal, HLD, LLD, SOW, etc).

Started working with A10 Networks as part of the global technical support team. My responsibilities included the followings:

  • Troubleshoot, resolve and document customer reported network issues via phone and/or e-mail. - Provide configuration recommendations and assistance in customer service deployment. - Recreate reported issues in the lab with the customer’s configuration and topology.
  •  Analyze data traces using protocol analyzers to identify anomalies and provide solutions. - Ensure customer reported issues are resolved to the client's satisfaction, in a timely manner.
  • Providing highest level of onsite technical support and consultation for major customers to assure 100% customer's satisfaction.
  • Working in major POCs for top tier customers in the region.
  • Performing professional services duties with highest level of competency for major/critical customers.

Major Projects & Technologies:

Gulf International Bank (GIB)

    • Setting up, configuring and operating all of the F5 product lines taking place in the project (LTM, ASM, GTM, LC - Viprions & BigIPs).
    • Defining large volume of applications on the F5 LTM (CRM, SharePoint App, SharePoint Web, Oracle Weblogic, Clearswift, Websense and other banking services).
    • Designing, installing and configuring all Cisco based video conference endpoints and telepresence network infrastructure devices (Codecs C40, C60, MX200, MX300, Cisco VCS, VCSE, MCU, TCS, SAS, WebEx).

King Faisal University (KFU)

    • Providing the professional services for setting up and defining the various applications of the customer on the F5 LTMs.
    • Installing and setting up all Cisco video conference endpoints for this project.

Senior Design Projects:

  • Smart Islamic prayer clock: the system will actively locate the position's longitude and latitude and then calculates the prayer times through a series of algorithms. After all calculations are ready, the necessary information (prayer times and dates) will be displayed to LCD or plasma screen through a dedicated graphical processing controller.
  • Remotely Controlled Vehicle: fully automated remotely controlled vehicle that included several sensors such as camera, microphone, gyroscope, compass, accelerometer and others. This project was developed by 4 different teams where every team was responsible for a part of the project, the teams were as following; environmental sensing team, low level control team, communication team and the graphical user interface development team.
