Personal Project: A crowdfunding platform launched in March-2016, aimed at empowering change-makers with social projects that did not win the Hult Prize to get funded and start their project.

Business Transformation Implementation Manager - Remote Operations

Schlumberger, Saudi Arabia
  • Implemented Technology and HR models to create Remote Operation. Grew Remote Operation to 52% of daily Operation by 2015 end. Ensured Remote Operation's Excellence in Execution, resulting in Zero Non Productive Time (NPT) for our client.
  • Transformed the Drilling and Measurement's Crew model from an average of 4 Engineers/Project to 2.4 Engineers/Project. This resulted in a 40% reduction in Compensation in 2015.
  • Created new Remote Operations Processes, and continuously improved them. Efficiency increased as a result, by reducing task execution time by up to 50%.
  • Lead a team of 23 Engineers and Operators and introduced their Training system.

Senior Project Manager / Project Manager

Schlumberger, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait
  • Lead 4 engineers in Drilling and Measurements' projects for land drilling operations across Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. Projects worth up to US$ 5M per month.
  • Collaborated with client representatives to integrate Drilling and Measurements processes with rig operations in more than 100 wells. Recognized by clients in multiple projects for breaking drilling time records and preventing operational failure.
  • Participated regularly in engineers' performance and promotion reviews. Provided vital inputs to managers in promoting engineers to leadership roles.
