- Act as the central point of contact for all the company’s customer.
- Handling customers’ complaints & service requests received via phone & Emails.
- Trouble Ticking (CRM).
- Escalate cases and requests as per company protocols.
- Preparing weekly, monthly & Yearly reports the higher management for decision making.Follow up & track the maintenance schedule for the Contracted customer.
- Monitoring UAE (TETRA) Coverage. Using surveillance Automated Systems for sensitive sites located at (Airports - Ports - Army - Coast Guard - METRO - TRAM - Malls - Prisons - General Headquarter - UAE ministries).
- Monitor Automated Systems ( NMS , CITIRIX & MENTORA Systems) that track the status of the sites and status of servers and network equipments.
