  • Act as the central point of contact for all the company’s customers.
  • Handling customers' complaints & service requests received via phone, e-mails & faxes.
  • Preparing quotations, invoices & service contracts for customers on SAP.
  • Preparing purchase orders for suppliers.
  • Preparing Weekly , Monthly & Yearly Reports the higher management for decision making 
  • Tracking all open cases for all remaining jobs to close them in the system. 
  • Preparing the monthly customers’ satisfaction reports & following up with unsatisfied customers for solutions.
  • Processing the received items for workshop repair on SAP.
  • Receiving, organizing & forwarding new clients requests to the technologies coordinators.
  • Monitor Automated system ( NMS , CITIRIX , CRM , MUNTORA , Systems ).
  • Log & track all details about the received faults & service requests on the fault management system.
  • Preparing  Daily , Monthly & Yearly Reports ( SLA Reports ) .
