- Act as the central point of contact for all the company’s customers.
- Handling customers' complaints & service requests received via phone, e-mails & faxes.
- Preparing quotations, invoices & service contracts for customers on SAP.
- Preparing purchase orders for suppliers.
- Preparing Weekly , Monthly & Yearly Reports the higher management for decision making
- Tracking all open cases for all remaining jobs to close them in the system.
- Preparing the monthly customers’ satisfaction reports & following up with unsatisfied customers for solutions.
- Processing the received items for workshop repair on SAP.
- Assisting in developing the work process & setting new policies & procedures for the NOC.
- Receiving, organizing & forwarding new clients requests to the technologies coordinators.
- Monitor Automated system ( NMS , CITIRIX , CRM , MUNTORA , Systems ).
- Log & track all details about the received faults & service requests on the fault management system.
- Preparing Daily , Monthly & Yearly Reports ( SLA Reports ) .
- Changes , Monitoring , Problem escalation/notifications/resolution and all others aspects of Data Center support .
- Assist in maintenance and monitoring of all data center systems to includes the incidents / events ,problems .
