- Act as the central point of contact for all the company’s customer.
- Handling customers’ complaints & service requests received via phone & Emails.
- Escalate cases and requests as per company protocols.
- Preparing & creating Quotations, Invoices & service contracts for customers.
- Processing the received items for workshop repair on SAP.
- Follow up & track the maintenance schedule for the Contracted customer.
- Preparing weekly, monthly & Yearly reports the higher management for decision making.
- Preparing the monthly customer’s satisfactions reports & follow up with unsatisfied customers for resolutions.
- Applications, tagging &scanning, receiving assets and parts from Purchase Orders, transfer, update.
- Monitoring UAE (TETRA) Coverage. Using surveillance Automated Systems for sensitive sites located at (Airports - Ports - Army - Coast Guard - METRO - TRAM - Malls - Prisons - General Headquarter - UAE ministries).
- Monitor Automated Systems ( NMS , CITIRIX & MENTORA Systems) that track the status of the sites and status of servers and network equipment.
- Log & track all details about the received faults & service requests for service contracts like LOW CURRENT ( CCTV -AVL ) & TETRA - on the faults management system.
