Mohamed Leach

Commercial Manager

Introduction

My name is Mohamed Leach and I am a qualified Electromechanical Technician with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from UNISA and a Diploma in Business Administration from the Edinburgh Business School MBA Program.

I am currently engaged in a management position within DENEL SOC. Denel is a Defense and Aerospace company. My task for the last three years was to Industrialize, Manufacture and Procure locally made components as part of the Offsets obligation and the Transfer of Technology to Malaysian Suppliers and in order to ensure that a sustainable supplier base is created for this project and beyond. This has been a very personally rewarding effort.

I have a solid history of producing remarkable results within a limited budget and demanding time constraints, thriving under moderate to above average pressure. I have competently built and successfully managed a staff compliment from 3 to 70+ team members directly and indirectly, across all racial and ethnic backgrounds in various geographic locations over a period of ten years. Added to this, I deal amicably with customers, executives and stakeholders on a regular basis.
